Randy Brown shattered his opponent’s nose before handing him his first KO loss at UFC Kansas City.
A 3-to-1 favorite, UFC Welterweight Randy Brown very much looked the part in his return against fellow veteran Nicolas Dalby.
The welterweights met on the main card of UFC Kansas City, a few fights before the highly-anticipated main event between Ian Machado Garry and Carlos Prates.
One of the toughest fighters in the division, Dalby fought his way back to the UFC after getting released in 2016, earning his contract in an all-time bloodbath he didn’t win. Dalby broke his opponent’s nose in said fight but on Saturday night, ‘Danish Dynamite’ would be on the receiving end of the horrific injury.

Brown continued to find a home for his jab, tagging Dalby with shots. As tough as they come, Dalby kept walking forward, eating punches and landing some of his own.
Brown stumbled Dalby with a left hand that got his attention before the fight turned in an all-out slugfest on the feet.
Both men exchanged strikes in the pocket and as Dalby pressed on, Brown fired a brutal right hand to send Dalby face-first into the canvas – the Danish fighter out cold.
Aside from a no-contest result, Dalby had never been stopped in a fight before, suffering his first KO loss at the hands of Brown at UFC Kansas City.
Randy Brown has now won four of his last five fights, returning to the win column after a controversial split decision loss to Bryan Battle at UFC 310.
