Alongside her newborn granddaughter, Seymour is grandma to daughter Katherine’s daughters Willa and Luna, as well as son Rowan.
Seymour is a proud grandma who often shares photos and snapshots of her time spent with her grandkids. In a 2020 PEOPLE interview, she even revealed she’d been saving a few memorable outfits, including movie costumes and personal designer favorites, for her eldest granddaughter, who she explained at the time loved “dressing up” and browsing through her clothes and shoes.
“I used to be able to keep all my costumes so I have in my closet everything from the 1700s up to the present day,” said Seymour at the time. “And I’ve got some amazing selection of clothes from all the movies I’ve been in. So all the beautiful ’40s clothes that the late Nolan Miller did for me for Crossings. And I’ve got individual pieces by Karl Lagerfeld, David Emanuel designed all kinds of amazing outfits for me when I did War and Remembrance and on and on. So I have quite a history in my closet.”
And she’s saving it all up for her granddaughter. “She’s only 7, but she has discovered my closet and my shoes,” Seymour shared. “She loves dressing up.”

This past December, Seymour shared a photo with her two granddaughters on her Instagram as they got in the festive spirit in their holiday best.
Looking as chic as ever, the Ruby’s Choice star dressed to impress in a floor-length Tadashi Shoji gown that was covered in silver sequins and also featured a cowl neckline. The design is the same one she wore to the SAG Awards and the Open Hearts Foundation Gala in 2020.
Seymour told PEOPLE months after the red carpet that she was allowed to keep it, which worked in her favor because it was both chic and comfortable enough to “dance in.”
She paired the sparkler with matching metallic heels and wore her famous strawberry blonde hair in loose waves. Seymour also posted another family photo including her grandson Rowan, who dressed up in a coat, skinny jeans and wide-brim hat. All four smiled in front of a picture-worthy sunset.
“Holiday hijinks with the grandkids!” she wrote.
