Fans at a watch party in Gainbridge Fieldhouse erupted when Tyrese Haliburton’s last-second shot clinched the first game of the NBA Finals.
As the Indiana Pacers return home to battle the Oklahoma City Thunder for the franchise’s first NBA championship, seats at Gainbridge Fieldhouse are hard to come by; the cheapest tickets for Game 3 are selling for a hair over $650 on Ticketmaster. But if you’re content to watch the game on the big screen, you’re in luck. Several venues throughout Central Indiana will be showing Games 3 and 4 of the NBA Finals, most of them with free entry.

Where to find special Pacers watch parties
Fishers Nickel Plate District Amphitheater
6 Municipal Drive, Fishers, 7-11 p.m. on June 11 and 13
A giant TV screen will be set up near the stage of the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater to show Games 3 and 4. Both watch parties are free to attend for all ages and will feature food trucks and beverage vendors. Free parking is available in nearby garages, surface lots and on the street. Accessible parking is available in the parking lot immediately south of the City Services Building at 3 Municipal Drive.
The Hangar

This spacious downtown watering hole will host a ticketed watch party for Games 3 and 4. Tickets cost $30 each and feature all-you-can-eat brick-oven pizza and nachos, two complimentary drinks and a “welcome” shot of alcohol, plus other activities and raffles. Entry to the watch party begins at 6 p.m.; while everyone with a ticket is guaranteed a spot, seating is first-come, first-serve. You can find more details and purchase tickets on the bar’s website.

Morris Bicentennial Plaza

The Pacers will host a watch party for 1,500 ticketed guests at the Bicentennial Unity Plaza just outside Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Tickets are expected to go on sale today.
Westfield Grand Junction Plaza
225 S. Union St., Westfield, starting at 7:30 on June 11 and 13
Downtown Westfield’s Grand Junction Plaza will show Games 3 and 4 on a large projector screen. The event is free to attend for all ages and will feature food trucks and activities for kids. Guests can also bring in their own food and drink.

While it’s safe to assume just about any bar with a TV in Indianapolis will be showing the Pacers’ battle for the franchise’s first NBA championship, several are designated as official bars of the Indiana Pacers through the Corona Bar Network.
